Because each piece is made to order, our return and exchange policy is slightly different from standard retail.

We are committed to delivering high-quality embroidery and ensuring you are satisfied with your order.

Customer Embroidery Orders

All custom embroidered items are final sale.

Due to the personalized nature of each piece, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom text or names
• Logos or personalized designs
• Made-to-order items

We encourage all clients to carefully review their design, sizing, and details before confirming their order.

Exceptions

We will gladly review your order if:

• The item arrives damaged
• There is a defect in the embroidery
• The item does not match the confirmed order

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges/ Resolution Process

If your request is approved, we will offer:

• A replacement of the item
• A correction of the embroidery
• Or another appropriate solution based on the situation

Each case is reviewed individually to ensure a fair outcome.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items that have been worn or washed
• Items not in original condition
• Custom or personalized orders
