We embroider a wide range of items in most materials — including cotton, polyester, fleece, denim, canvas, and more — such as polos, t-shirts, sweatshirts/hoodies, jackets, workwear, teamwear, aprons, tote bags, towels, robes, and beyond. If you have a specific item or fabric in mind, send us a photo and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Yes, of course. You can bring your own item as long as it’s clean and in good condition. We’ll check the fabric and thickness before embroidering, since very thin/fragile materials aren’t always suitable. Because embroidery is permanent, customer-supplied items are accepted with care, but at your own risk.

Yes — embroidery is made to last and holds up very well in the wash. To keep it looking its best: wash inside out at 30°C on a gentle cycle, avoid bleach, and air dry when possible. You can iron inside out (avoid direct heat on the embroidery).

Timelines depend on quantity, item type, and logo complexity. Typically: small orders take 3–7 business days after artwork approval, and team orders take 7–14 business days. If you have a deadline (event, launch, etc.), tell us and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
