Yes, of course. You can bring your own item as long as it’s clean and in good condition. We’ll check the fabric and thickness before embroidering, since very thin/fragile materials aren’t always suitable. Because embroidery is permanent, customer-supplied items are accepted with care, but at your own risk.

Yes — embroidery is made to last and holds up very well in the wash. To keep it looking its best: wash inside out at 30°C on a gentle cycle, avoid bleach, and air dry when possible. You can iron inside out (avoid direct heat on the embroidery).
